  • Do I need to make an appointment in advance?

    Yes, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. However, depending on our availability, we can often accommodate same-day appointments.

  • Do you offer financing options?

    Yes. We offer financing options like Cherry and CareCredit. This allows you to split payments into affordable installments. You can also join our membership program for ongoing savings.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 24 hours' notice before appointments. Clients who do not provide sufficient advanced cancellation notice are subject to a no-call, no-show fee of $50. Any appointment with a booking fee that is canceled within 24 hours forfeit the booking fee.

  • What are your business hours?

    Mondays through Saturdays from 10 am until 6 pm.

  • How early before my appointment time should I arrive?

    We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Is parking available nearby?

    Yes. There are designated client-only reserved parking spaces near the front entrance indicated by reserved signage.

  • Is gratuity included in my service fees?

    Gratuity is optional and at the client’s discretion as to whether or not they would like to leave a gratuity for their team member.
